Tycoonery

Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

This policy explains what the Tycoonery game and this website (playtycoonery.com) collect, why, and the choices you have. Tycoonery is made by JUD Core LLC (“we” or “us”).

The short version: Tycoonery has no accounts and never asks who you are. Your games, maps and settings stay on your device. Anonymous play data and crash reports are only sent if you choose to share them, and you can turn that off at any time. Ads are optional, never personalised, and requested as suitable for all ages.

What stays on your device

Your saved games, the maps you build, your campaign progress and your settings (sound, music and your privacy choice) are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Player names and map names you type in the game never leave your device. Deleting the app deletes this data, although your device’s own backups (made by Apple or Google, not by us) may include it.

Play data and crash reports (only if you choose)

The first time you open the game, a note asks whether you want to share anonymous play data and crash reports. Nothing is sent until you choose Share. You can change your answer at any time in Settings under Share play data.

If you share, the game sends:

Firebase groups these with a random ID for your installation of the app. That ID is not linked to your name, email or any account. We have switched off Firebase’s advertising uses of this data and its collection of the device identifier. We use the data only to understand how the game is played and to fix problems.

If you turn sharing off, the game stops sending. Data already sent is kept by Google for a limited time and then deleted. Because it isn’t linked to you, we usually can’t pick out your data, but you can still contact us with any request.

Ads

Tycoonery has optional ads. You choose to watch one, for example to get a free tool in the store. The ads come from Google AdMob. For every player, the game asks Google to:

The game never asks for permission to track you across other apps and websites.

Google’s ad software starts when the game opens, whether or not you share play data, so that an ad is ready when you want one. To deliver an ad, measure it, limit how often you see the same one and prevent fraud, Google receives technical information such as your IP address, your device type and system version, and how the ad was shown. In some regions Google may show its own consent message. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Purchases

If you buy anything in Tycoonery, the purchase is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. We only receive confirmation of what was bought so the game can unlock it.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. If you email us, we use your email only to reply to you.

Children

Tycoonery is suitable for all ages. We don’t ask for, and don’t knowingly collect, personal information from children. Ads are restricted as described above for everyone. If you’re a parent, you can turn off Share play data in Settings at any time, and you can contact us with any question about your child’s use of the game.

Who receives data

We don’t sell or share your personal information with anyone for their own purposes. The only services that receive data are those named above: Google (Firebase and AdMob), Apple or Google for purchases, and Cloudflare for this website. They may process it in the United States and other countries.
