These terms apply when you play Tycoonery or use this website. By playing or using the site, you agree to them. Tycoonery is made by JUD Core LLC (“we” or “us”).

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Tycoonery on your own devices for your own enjoyment. If you got the game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms apply.

Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the game or its content, or try to break or cheat the game in ways that harm other people or the game itself.

Purchases

If Tycoonery offers anything to buy, such as extra map packs, the purchase is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is tied to your store account there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, so we can’t issue them ourselves. Items you buy can be used in the game only and have no cash value. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device with the same store account, you can restore purchases you’ve already made.

Ads

Ads in Tycoonery are optional. When you choose to watch one, the reward is given once the ad finishes. Sometimes no ad is available, and in that case there’s simply nothing to watch until one is.

Your games and maps

Your saved games, the maps you build and your progress are kept on your device. Deleting the app, resetting your device or losing it can delete them, and we can’t recover them for you.

Changes to the game

We may update Tycoonery from time to time and add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Tycoonery fun and reliable, but the game and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game or the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
